本政策说明「AI 试衣镜」App（下称"本应用"）如何处理你的信息。请在使用前阅读。继续使用即表示你理解并接受本政策。
一句话概括：我们只处理让换装功能跑起来所必需的数据。你上传的照片会被发送给第三方 AI 服务商用于生成试穿图，除此之外不会用于任何其他目的，不会用于训练模型，也不会出售或共享给广告商。
1. 我们处理的信息

Apple 登录允许你隐藏真实邮箱。若你选择隐藏，我们收到的是 Apple 提供的中转地址，看不到你的真实邮箱。你也可以完全不登录使用部分功能，此时数据仅与上述随机设备 ID 关联。
2. 我们不收集的信息
- 不读取你的通讯录、短信、通话记录
- 不收集地理位置
- 不扫描或上传你的相册——只有你在选择器中主动选定的那张图会被上传
- 不收集健康、财务、生物识别信息（人脸仅作为图片内容参与生成，不做人脸识别、不建立人脸特征库）
- 不植入第三方广告 SDK，不做广告追踪，不生成用户画像用于广告
3. 第三方服务
为了让功能运转，你的部分数据会经过以下第三方。它们各自的隐私政策适用于其处理行为：

关于 AI 服务商：你的照片会被传输给上述图像模型服务以完成生成。我们要求其仅为完成本次生成而处理数据，不得用于模型训练。但请注意，第三方的实际内部处理超出我们的直接控制范围。如果你不希望某张照片离开你的设备，请不要上传它。
4. 存储与保护
- App 与服务器之间的传输全程使用 HTTPS 加密
- 图片存放在私有读写的对象存储中，不可公开访问，App 内通过限时签名链接读取
- 服务器与数据库部署在我们控制的云主机上，仅开发者本人可访问
保留期限
你上传的形象照、单品图与生成结果会一直保留，直到你主动删除，或你的账号被注销。你可以在 App 内随时删除单个形象或单品，删除后对应文件会从我们的存储中移除。
购买与次数流水因财务与退款争议处理需要，会保留更长时间。
5. 你的权利
- 查看与删除：在 App 内可查看并删除你的形象、单品与试穿记录
- 注销账号：如需删除账号及其全部关联数据，请发邮件至下方地址，我们会在核实身份后处理
- 撤回：你可以随时停止使用并删除 App；本地缓存会随 App 一并移除
6. 未成年人
本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童。若你未满 18 周岁，请在监护人同意与指导下使用。如我们发现收集了不符合条件的未成年人信息，会尽快删除。监护人如发现此类情况，可通过下方邮箱联系我们。
7. 关于 AI 生成内容
- 生成结果由 AI 模型产出，与真实上身效果可能存在差异，仅供参考，不构成对版型、颜色、材质或尺码的承诺
- 同样的输入可能产出不同结果，这是生成模型的固有特性
- 请勿上传他人照片进行换装并对外传播，那可能侵犯他人肖像权
8. 政策的修订
本政策可能随功能调整而更新。重大变更会在 App 内提示。页面顶部的"最后更新"日期即当前版本的生效日期。

This policy explains how the AI Fitting Mirror app ("the App") handles your information. Please read it before use.
In short: we process only what the virtual try-on feature needs. Photos you upload are sent to a third-party AI image service to generate try-on results, and nothing else. They are not used to train models, and never sold or shared with advertisers.
1. Information We Process
- Images you upload — portrait photos ("My Looks") and garment images, used to generate try-on results
- Generated results — AI-produced try-on images, shown in your history
- Account information — the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple, plus any email or name you choose to share
- Device identifier — a random ID generated on first launch, used to associate your data when signed out and to prevent abuse of free quota
- Purchase records — Apple In-App Purchase receipts and credited quota
- Feedback — the text and contact details you voluntarily submit
Sign in with Apple lets you hide your real email. If you do, we only receive Apple's relay address.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- No contacts, messages, or call history
- No location data
- No photo library scanning — only the image you explicitly pick is uploaded
- No health, financial, or biometric data. Faces appear only as image content; we perform no facial recognition and build no face database
- No advertising SDKs, no ad tracking, no profiling for advertising
3. Third-Party Services
- Tencent Cloud Object Storage — stores your images in a private bucket, accessed via 1-hour signed links
- Image model relay (toapis.cn) — forwards your images to an image generation model
- Apple — sign-in and in-app purchases; we never see your payment card details
- Account service (self-hosted Logto) — login state management
- Feedback service (self-hosted) — receives your feedback, device ID, app version and device model
If you do not want a photo to leave your device, please do not upload it.
4. Storage & Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Images live in a private object-storage bucket reachable only through time-limited signed links. Servers and databases run on infrastructure we control.
Retention: your uploads and generated results are kept until you delete them or your account is removed. Purchase and credit records are retained longer for financial and refund purposes.
5. Your Rights
You may view and delete your looks, garments and history in the App. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below.
6. Minors
The App is not directed to children under 14. If you are under 18, please use it with a guardian's consent.
7. About AI-Generated Content
Results are produced by AI models and may differ from real-world fit. They are for reference only and are not a promise about cut, color, material or size. Do not upload other people's photos and publish the results — that may infringe their likeness rights.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top is the effective date of the current version.
