本协议是你与「AI 试衣镜」App 开发者（下称"我们"）之间关于使用本应用的约定。下载、注册或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。如不同意，请停止使用。
本应用提供基于 AI 的虚拟试衣服务：你上传人像照片与服装图片，我们调用图像生成模型产出试穿效果图。
你上传的每一张图片，都必须满足以下条件：
为了完成你请求的生成，你授予我们一项有限的、非独占的、免许可费的权利：存储你上传的图片，并将其传输给第三方图像模型服务以产出结果。
这项授权的范围严格限于完成你请求的功能。我们不会将你的图片用于模型训练、不会用于宣传推广、不会出售或以其他方式提供给无关第三方。你上传内容的所有权仍然属于你。
在遵守本协议的前提下，你可以将生成结果用于个人用途。请注意，AI 生成内容在各司法辖区的著作权归属尚存争议，我们不对生成结果能否获得著作权保护作出保证。
使用本应用时，你不得：
若你违反本协议，我们可视情节采取以下措施：删除违规内容、暂停或终止你的账号、保存记录并向有关部门报告。因你的违规导致第三方向我们主张权利的，你应负责处理并赔偿我们由此产生的损失。
本应用依赖第三方 AI 服务与云服务运行。我们会尽力维持服务可用，但不保证服务不中断、无错误。因维护、升级、第三方服务故障或不可抗力导致的中断，我们不承担责任。
我们可能调整、暂停或终止部分或全部功能。如终止收费功能，对你已购买但未使用的次数，我们会提供合理的处理方案。
在法律允许的最大范围内：
若你通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用，以下条款适用并优先于本协议的冲突条款：
本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童。若你未满 18 周岁，请在监护人同意与指导下使用，涉及付费的行为须经监护人同意。
我们可能修订本协议。重大变更会在 App 内提示。变更后你继续使用，即视为接受修订后的协议。
本协议的订立、效力、解释及争议解决适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任一方可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

These Terms govern your use of the AI Fitting Mirror app. By downloading, registering or using the App, you agree to them.
The App provides AI-based virtual try-on: you upload a portrait and a garment image, and we call an image generation model to produce a result.
You may create an account via Sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity under it. To delete your account and all associated data, email the address below.
You warrant that you own or are authorised to use every image you upload; that you have explicit consent from any person depicted; and that the content is lawful and not used to impersonate or defraud.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store your images and transmit them to a third-party image model service solely to produce the result you requested. We do not use your images for model training, promotion, or sale. You retain ownership of what you upload.
Copyright status of AI-generated output varies by jurisdiction; we make no warranty that results are protectable.
You must not automate bulk requests, circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the App, attempt unauthorised access to our servers, create unlawful or infringing content, or resell the service or your account.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations. You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach.
The App depends on third-party AI and cloud services. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for outages caused by maintenance, third-party failure or force majeure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses arising from purchase decisions made in reliance on generated results. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is not directed to children under 14. If you are under 18, use it with a guardian's consent, including for any purchase.
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring suit before a competent court at our place of business.
